Rad-140 and stomach problems.

I have been on rad-140 for about 4 weeks now but recently I have been getting bad stomach problems and almost using the restroom almost every 30 min. I’m afraid I have a liver problem or it could be the milk thistle for it being a detox. Does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?
