First Cycle Of Rad Dosage

I have ran an ostarine cycle before and saw decent results.

I am getting ready to run a 8 week Rad 140 Cycle. What dosage would be recommended?

Don’t know if this matters but me height is 6’3 Weight 250. BF is 19%
