Ragdoll catteries in Ontario, Canada

I am in Ontario, Canada, looking to adopt a purebred Ragdoll kitten and looking for recommendations from people who recently went through the adoption process through a registered cattery. I am seeing prices generally around $2,500 but some are cheaper and I am not sure if they are scammers.
