Professions you don't hear a lot about
A friend and I are actively looking into having, for lack of a better word, a career fair for 13-14 yr olds. We think kids that age could benefit from exploring all kinds of careers before getting to high school. At least help them get an idea of what their interests are and be able to talk to people in the field. Ideally would love for job shadowing for a day to be possible but we realize with the ages involved may not be feasible, so...best jobs you wish you had heard of earlier? Your job? Jobs that fly under the radar when high schools talk about careers? Trades, Computers, outdoors, business, college degree needed, anything at all
