Psychiatrist Recommendations???

New to the area and looking for a new psychiatrist for my 20 yo daughter. We prefer an actual MD rather than an NP. I see that Duke has a psychiatry clinic, is that any good or is it just interns/residents?

Edited to add- Open to anywhere in Raleigh/Durham/Cary- etc.. Just want a great doc. Also willing to pay cash if the provider does not take insurance.
