New restaurant for Morgan st food hall?

Hello, Morgan st food hall has a vacancy that I am considering filling because I love the location. My idea right now is a tropical smoothie cafe. However, I would like to know what the people (you) think is most in demand for that location.

They also have “kiosk” spots aka a smaller non kitchen availability. I don’t have an idea for that type of spot.
