Difficulties with Ramattra's Ultimate

Hello everyone,

I recently have been playing a lot of Rammatra lately and for some reason I just can't consistently use his ultimate to it's fullest potential. I either end up dying very quickly, or just not doing anything with it. Can anyone inform me the most optimal way(s) of using Ram ultimate. Thank you.
