Experience with Tower Hobbies recently?

I made a large order there on Saturday and got a confirmation email and have yet to get another saying my order has been shipped. Out of curiosity, I checked their reviews and things looked bleak. Apparently they've gone way downhill. I'm hoping for the best, but what has your experience been?
