Error: This Rockstar Games account doesn’t own RDR2.

I just bought RDR2 on Steam. I installed it, but when I try to play it it just says “This Rockstar Games account doesn’t own RDR2, please ensure you are using the correct account and try again. Code: 7002.1.” I searched for answers and see that other people have had this issue before, but it was never resolved in that thread. I would like to play the game I payed for. Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: I don’t think there’s anything to do besides send Rockstar support tickets and hope they fix it. They responded to me saying they were receiving similar reports from others and would look into the issue. Edit 2: I just tried playing again and it seems to be fixed. Think it was an issue on Rockstars side that they fixed.
