Setbacks! How long did it take you to recover?

I have told this story about my long time hairstylist pulling the relaxer through to my ends and destroyed my waist length hair that. Pics 1&2 healthy relaxed hair, pic 3 is a month after the damage, pic 4 was taken last week. I am 18 months post disaster, and I am shooting for Summer 2026 for waist length.
