• As you all know in the last 3 days sugargoo has brought back BRAND RESTRICTIONS for ALL countries. You have all been left to speculate whats going on so I want to clear the air with this post!

• In the last week another agent (you can guess) if facing MASSIVE issues with PAYPAL china & PAYPAL US.

• Now, when an agent removes paypal its usually NOT a good sign and in this case it's bad.

• Its then up to the agent facing the issues to come to multiple settlements/ agreements to resolve the issue

• When a large sum of money is frozen in paypal it can be detrimental to an agent as you have seen with past agents losing thier paypal. Also paypal is what 90% of the Community uses to buy items so it's so important sugargoo trys to protect this payment provider.

Plan for the future

• At present sugargoo is one of the ONLY remaining agents that has a working paypal. For the next few weeks it's absolutely necessary brand restriction return. Now I want to make it SOOOO clear, these restriction WILL NOT LAST FOR LONG.

• These restrictions are ONLY put in place to protect the existing users, an insure the longevity of the platfrom. As you will all see MANY agents will not survive another year. Time will prove this.

• I won't give an exact time frame but everyone INCLUDING the US will be able to buy everything again soon. However with paypal constantly changing their TOS, we must abide buy the rules for now.

• I've said this multiple times but I hear all your frustration, when I was unable to buy balenciaga the last 3 days I broke my keyboard over my head.

• The goal is NOT to become to largest agent but protect how good the service has been for the last 5 years.
