Stupidity or Entitlement?

Going to attempt to keep this short. I'm the sole employee working a family owned business and I caught 2 people participating it theft. There was bunch of red flags like the guy wearing a "shiesty mask" (ski mask) i didn't raise concern or anything just let them do their thing. I start to get suspicious when people start circling the aisles and take alot of time. Sure enough my instincts are correct. She decided to put a hair oil into his hoodie pocket. So team effort. I confronted them and the guy said he was gonna purchase it. So I said cool I'll bring it to the register. He counters me asking why he can't hold onto it. So I flatly tell him. "I don't trust you. Matter of fact we're gonna check out with whatever items you've picked out or leave my store." The female says she is still shopping and I tell her it's no longer an option. Basically I ended up successfully kicking them out along with telling them they aren't welcomed back. So fast forward to today and she calls the store asking for the exact same items. I recognize her voice and idk how she doesn't recognize mine. I told her she's not welcomed and she saying she's still going to come. Should I have police on speed dial in anticipation?
