Can anyone give me a download link RC7 ?

Recently I wanted to test RC7 but I couldn't find a normal working link, of course there was one file that seemed to have a working RC7 but when I tried to log in it gave me some kind of error Like the server timed out and something like that, so I want to turn to reddit so that someone can help me or give me a download link because I'm tired of surfing around sites for a whole month
