New Reference Daytona

Looking to buy a new reference Daytona worn in good shape for a price I am comfortable with.

There is a metallic ring that is around the bezel that is pretty banged up with slight dents that are somewhat noticeable. I get that the watch is supposed to be worn and bumps and things happen. I was wondering if this can be repaired down the road when being serviced?
