Local Coffee Beans!

After a few years of "we have a toddler and Nespresso is just easy," I'm back on the "I want to grind my own beans and make coffee and espresso how I want" train.

Obviously, "best" is subjective, but what's your favorite local coffee beans? Or, if not local, independent (I've been wanting to try Onyx, for example)? I've currently been enjoying the Blanchard's Holiday Blend and Grit's Night Shift.
