No motivation

As the title says, i have absolutely no motivation. Im supposed to be looking/finding a job rn. But i just cant bring myself to make damn cover letters. I just dont care that much! All i did today was cry, cry, cry, and I washed one sink full of dishes. Got in the shower but didnt wash myself. I dont have motivation. What helps you when youre in a motivation rut?
