Fence height.

I have a 9 year old sheltie named milo. Hes super sweet but very excitable. Im wanting to fence in my back yard so he can run and play off the leash but i don't know how high they can jump. Ive seen him jump 30 inches without much difficulty. How high do i need to build my fence?
