Why didn’t women evolve three milk dispensers instead of only two?

Evolution apparently forgot to factor in population growth when it designed women. 2 dispensers = assumption of 2 offspring per woman = 1 for 1 population replacement (2 offsprings replace the woman and man who made the offsprings). You need 3 offspring per woman to grow the population, yes?
