Slow shipping from Sim Motion

I ordered some in-stock gear from Sim Motion on 12/30 and 3 days later the items have not shipped. It’s my first time using this company. I saw some positive comments here, so I thought it was a safe choice. Am I just unlucky? I tried to call the number on their website but it goes to voicemail. My experience so far is pretty underwhelming.
