How to remove brown spots face

Hello, mid 20s and I noticed I have these brown spots in my face especially sa t-zone. One even called it freckles but i’m sure it’s not since lately ko lang napansin.

My skincare consists of:

• facial wash benzoyl peroxide
• hada labo moisturizer
• cerave sunscreen spf30
