What are some good mods to prank my little brother? [PS4]

I’ve just finished installing Skyrim AE on my younger brothers PS4 (he’s 26, so not a child) and we prank each other a lot.

Other than the Courier Frostbite Spider mod, are there any others that would be a fun/not so fun surprise/scare for my brother? I have the console at my place, so he won’t know a thing until he comes across the mods during playing lol

I’d love to hear you guys ideas! This community always know the coolest mods!
