Can't turn into a werewolf( not even start any animation)

I encountered a very weird bug when I try to transform into a werewolf, It just won't work, won't even start any animation. I still can use weapons but can't open any character menu or inventory menu, and stuck in this status, need some help for troubleshoot what happened.
