New CHIM Update Makes NPCs Appropriately Knowledgeable

As explained in the latest video, the latest update to CHIM and specifically to their Oghma Infinium feature ensures that NPCs know what they should, such as a blacksmith or alchemist knowing which materials to use in a recipe or a local citizen knowing the way to a nearby landmark, instead of being all-knowing walking encyclopedias. It sounds simple, but it marks a big improvement, I think.
