Sleeping for 4-5 hours.
Recently I have been sleeping for 4-5 hours and I hate it. It is difficult to fall back asleep so I stay up.. in aim of hoping I’d be really tired to sleep longer? I’ll take any advice. This has been happening for a week at least.
I have been feeling stressed over work, but I don’t think I have been feeling that stressed or worried enough to have my sleep impacted?
Any advice on sleeping more hours? I tend to do the basic of staying away from blue light. I know stress can impact sleep, so I’ll find some way to relive that as well (advice here helps too!)
