Anyone having any luck with sporting smiles?

I don’t understand their business model, but I swear I must have done at least 30 impressions at this point I was able to eventually get a suitable impression for my lower row of teeth but for the top row each impression gets rejected for various reasons and they don’t have any place to go in person and have a professional do them. They expect us to do something that people literally go to school and get trained for somehow it feels borderline unethical.

Anyone have any recommendations for how to get the solid impression or should I just get a refund?
