Got this for free please help
Let me start off by saying I know this isn’t a great (or even good) smoker, but I seen it for free and couldn’t pass up on it. I typically grill over high heat or on a cast iron so smoking is new to me. Can some one point me in the direction on where to learn and start with smoking meats?
