[Standard] Looking for some constructive criticism of my deck

I built this based off an eldrazi drone deck I saw on tappedout, I know my manabase is a bit boned and I plan to buy some more lands in the next few days but I'm not sure exactly which ones and I'd also appreciate general help with the rest of the deck as well http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/grixis-drones-2/
