C7 1.5 years out. Bowel sensation

Hey guys. A few days back I woke up with a feeling of something being stuck in my rectum, like the feeling to poop! Since then I get a burning sensation there when I poop or need to poop or randomly! It's like a feeling of being dirty there all the Time! Nothing else. Is this something that anyone Is going through? The burning sensation is really ruining my quality of life! Is this all in my head or maybe a good sign?
