(Game breaking bug) Constant crashing while fighting controller in "In search of past glory"mission

i cannot continue the game since its constantly crashing (ue5 access violation) while fighting the controller in the underground lab. as soon as I enter the small room with the controller in it and try to get to the ladder the game either CTD (pre 1.1) or now it freezes with sound cont. and I have to altf4, thats when the UE5 error will appear.

It seems to be happening mostly when the controller does its zoom in attack on me.

it happens every single time, its entirelly game breaking.

before that mission I never had any ue5 crashes, but now theyre frequent.
