Why was my water so dirty?

Doesn’t it just come from the sink? Why was it so cloudy and what’s sinking at the bottom?

Sorry these photos aren’t great quality. These are screenshots from a video I took months ago, when I got this water. I haven’t returned to this Starbucks since they gave me this, but it’s been bothering me ever since. How does this sort of this happen?
