Do minors need to be vaxed?

A friend of mine just got hired at my same store however, he is not vaccinated. He's a minor and his parents just won't let him get vaxed. He met with our store manager the other day and she basically told him we had to be vaxed even though his parents won't let him. Are there any exemptions? I thought I saw one in the weekly updates for minors but since she's insisting that he has to be i'm not sure. Or will he get fired for not getting vaccinated even though it's not his choice? Any help is appreciated :)
