Potential new Citizen here

Hi Citizens,

I've been looking to get into star citizen for about 2-3 years now but never did because it lacked content for me. Now with the Pyro system and the higher speed of development with Squadron 42 being feature complete and what not I wanna jump in!
The only thing that is holding me back right now if fear of performance.
I've seen multiple people state that the specs that RSI lists on the website are just flat out inaccurate and won't be able to run Star Citizen in a playable state.
But those same people all give out different specs that they recommend so I thought I'd ask around here.

Can I expect to run Star Citizen in a playable state with this setup:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3900X
GPU: MSI RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio
RAM: 32 GB of 3200 MHZ RAM
STORAGE: External 2TB Samsung SSD
