Rate my Stephen King shelf!
(Re-post on my main account) (M23) After many many years of seeing King books at my grandparents house and having my grandma rave about them, I finally decided I was ready to read his work, and I haven't been able to stop since. I started with The Stand complete and uncut in September of last year, and since have read Salem's Lot, Carrie, The Eye's of the Dragon, Misery, The Gunslinger, the Drawing of Three, The Shining, Pet Sematary, 11/22/63, The Talisman, Black House, The Wastelands, Wizard and Glass, and currently reading Insomnia (dust jacket only in picture for that reason) I inherited the first edition "It" from my grandmother after she got sick, but the rest have all been found via libraries, local used bookstores, and Facebook Marketplace. I've had some good luck, and haven't paid more than $20 for any of the books pictured. My goal is to have at least one of each of his first editions in Hardcover (doesn't have to be first print, just first edition cover art, wish my wallet luck when I get to the Dark Tower in Hardcover) How am I doing so far?? Milo also wanted to join the fun.
