Are these Shaka wear shirts the same?

I found a shirt on the official Shaka wear website that I want to print my art on. I also found a cheaper listing on a third party website, but I'm not 100% sure it's the same shirt. For anyone who knows more, are these two the same or I are they slightly different? I like the look of the official one more, but I'm not sure if it's just differences in the picture/model.
