Why are Asians so academicly smart?

I'm not being racist but is it just or ever asian I interact with is smarter than me there is literally a Chinese girl in my class that does math 3 years ahead of our grade when we are doing math on our level the teacher gives her a book for the math 3 years ahead of our grade.

Extra question: Is it ok in this situation to be extremely jealous

Ever one in my class is always like that's so smart Amy,which is her name or Amy probably know the answer i'm being serious an another girl in my class wanted to check if her answer right so she went up to amy instead of doing it on her calcalculator she went up to amy instead asked her for the answers and just assumed she knew it. Amy is also popular in my class for being smart. Amy's also other kinds of smart as well such as good at chess ect.
