What’s going on with these leaves?

Hi! I got this lil one about a week ago. Haven’t watered yet since the soil was damp when I got it, just repotted into succulent soil and a well draining glass jar. It gets 8-10 hours under strong grow lights every day. These leaves were already like this, and I’m wondering how to move forward. Thanks in advance!
