Three Days/Week to Train: What Do You Do?

Pretty much the title: I know this deviates from TB Protocol, but if you wanted to maintain fitness in all (or most) domains, how would you program this for 3 days training per week? 2 MS, 1 E? 2 MS, alternate E & HIC each week? Not training for sport or operator work, just an office warrior trying to maintain fitness.

FWIW, I'm not actively limited to 3 days/week, but can see it as a possibility on the horizon as I'm opening a new business. Thanks in advance!
