Infected or just irritated?

I got this done Friday night and Saturday it started looking like this with no improvement. I’ve had an infected tattoo before that looked like cornflakes on my skin, but that was a larger area and this is just line work so it’s hard for me to tell. I’ve been doing my usual healing routine of washing with unscented soap and using Lubriderm. The only thing that’s different is that my tattoo artist cleaned it with alcohol instead of green soap after. I’m really hoping it’s not infected and I’m just being anxious 😭 if the hive mind could help me out I’d really appreciate it, thank you!
