Advice for manual laborers?

Heyo! I got a tattoo this weekend at the tattoo convention in Minneapolis (done by Jackson Meehan at Wicked Wonder Tattoo in Rhinelander WI). And I work as a mover for two men and a truck, wondering how to make sure the healing process goes off without a hitch. Any advice works and feel free to ask more details!!
