Installing Logitech wireless receiver internally in laptop

I have a laptop and a Logitech g502 lightspeed wireless mouse that works great.

I dont like that I need to always use a USB port on side of the laptop for the Logitech receiver to get the best responsiveness.

How can I install this in a free bay/port inside the laptop?

I've done some research and to get something as compact as i'll need for usb a seems very nieche/in short supply - is there a reason more people dont do this?
