PC randomly turns off without warning

I've had an issue where my PC randomly shuts down without warning the screen goes black and the PC goes off but the lights on it stay on. It happens very infrequently, the last time it happened was around 2 weeks ago while playing a game but the last time it happened before that was a month ago. It just happened again today, this time, I wasn't even running any games I was just using Google.

I checked my event viewer and found a "critical error" in my summary of page events with the source coming from "Kernel-Power" with Event ID 41. The PC I'm using is fairly new I got it around 3 - 4 months ago, is this potentially a PSU problem?
