Help! My phone won't call/recieve calls. Phone company is no help.

So I call someone, literally anyone (my hubby, my dad, my friend, the library), and it'll say "calling..." at the top like normal. But no ringing noise at all and no time counter. After a few minutes it'll end and say I missed an incoming call from them. I'm certain that the person on the other end wasn't calling me at the time. And I'm also certain that it doesn't ring on the other end (accordingto hubby and dad). Phone company says all is normal. What do I do to fix it?

Also it doesn't ring on my end when someone calls. No change on my screen, nothing. Just a voicemail if they choose to leave one. They say that it rings for the normal amount of time before going to voicemail.

My phone isn't on do not disturb, except for a few hours during the night, when I don't get calls anyway. But I've turned it off completely and this is still happening.

I'm receiving texts as normal and all my other apps are acting normal.
