Dump File Error

My Windows 10 Lenovo Laptop randomly gave me this message when I turned it on saying, “Failed to write dump file. Error: Incorrect function”. I am unable to type or even use my mouse and all of the “fixes” on the internet require that. I really need help as I have schoolwork and other important files on it.
