Internet went out - Reconnects and randomly opens MSN.com?

I was on my PC, suddenly my internet went out. My PC is hooked up on an Ethernet line, not wifi. Its ethernet went out for about a minute or two, and then when it came back it opened a new tab on Opera GX browser that went to MSN.com - I looked up this issue, and found numerous reddit posts but people said different things. So, I am trying again here. Did I accidentally install some Malware or is this some kind of normal network auth thing? I have had this PC for 3 years and up to this point this has never happened, and my internet never really goes out either so that's odd too. Basically, should I be worried?
