Gaming computer barely able to run games?

Hey there, first some specs
Windows 11, RTX 4050, Lenovo LOQ with AMD Ryzen 7.

So, I got this computer in June of 2024, and at first it was mostly fine, maybe a little less powerful than i was hoping, but still pretty decent. I mostly (practically exclusively) play genshin, and my computer runs it just fine. the only issue is that anytime i try to run anything else it heats up like crazy and can barely run it. I tried to play phasmophobia on it, and put it to the lowest settings but it still overheated. Minecraft has been having issues with anti-aliasing (see image below), and just generally runs pretty bad (vanilla minecraft runs at like 100 fps, not bad but i would hope for more from a gaming laptop, it cant handle medium to high render distance, has issues with loading chunks, etc.) In general, this laptop seems to only be capable of running Genshin on it, and im not sure why. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix it?
