Joas app

I was trying to install empire of sin for free from dodi repacks and i got redirected to mega and installed an archive. Activated the setup and the comand center and my browser flickered on the screen and i found an app named joas app on my archives i uninstalled the app and all of the archives i had downloaded from that site and checked for extensivas on my browsers and didn't find anything. Am i safe?
