How do people have friends?!

I made a friend on here a while back, and we haven't talked I'm weeks. Idk if it's me, like maybe I'm bad at having friends, or it's them, or idk. Genuinely how do people have friends? Most of the time I just want to read or watch a movie, not talk or call or text, is there something wrong with me?
