I’ve never met anyone cool that liked anime

Just a random thought but literally everyone I’ve met that’s into anime is a loser. The one exception is people I’ve met that used to watch anime, but even then they themselves say they were losers back when they liked it 💀💀

But seriously, what’s the big deal? It’s a bunch of animated bs in another language (unless you’re Japanese) and everyone just goes insane with it. Reading all the manga or whatever, cosplay, watching all the animes. Like I highly doubt that it’s better than other franchises but everyone who watches anime seems to be brainwashed into thinking it’s the best thing in the entire world and allows themselves to he consumed by it.

It literally just turns you into a loser bro and im not just saying that. People make it their whole personalities and it’s cringe as hell.. there’s a million people on Twitter that make anime names for themselves and get all into the lore or whatever and are chronically online. I’ve seen people pick up bad habits like smoking (and I even know a few people personally who have done this) because their favorite anime character smokes a certain brand.

Like what the fuck, I remember people were shocked and acted like I was the outlier when I said I’d never watched anime, but now im proud that I was never part of the fruity patootie autistic club
