my mental illness ruined everything

10 fucking hospitalizations in a little over a year. 3 residentials. I have my GED now but that's not fucking enough to get into a university. I have to go to community college and I know that's gonna be depressing as fuck. I was so close to graduating high school. I had one year left. I had a great gpa and my mental illness ruined everything. I have no friends. Im so lonely
