Need a good series to binge watch

I’m off on 2 weeks leave following surgery, needing a good series to watch to help my bored brain while I’m resting up.

To give an idea, past series I’ve enjoyed include Kin, Breaking Bad, The OA, Severance, Offspring, Fleabag, The Responder, Blue Lights, Beef, The Office (US), IT Crowd, Black Books, Ozark, Killing Eve, Shrinking, GoT & Mr Inbetween.
